PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS

Subject : Permission for MODELPORT KÜLTÜR, EĞT. VE GÖSTERİ HİZM A.Ş. (shortly MODELPORT) to use the exhibition photographs I took and sent for participation in the photography contest organized within the scope of the “Istanbul Historical Peninsula Model Exhibition” of Modelport.
I authorize and allow Modelport to use my photographs mentioned above.
I authorize Modelport to use my photographs in all kinds of visual, audio works, printed materials, videos, promotional and advertising films, and/or digital materials, as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, bulletins, announcements, promotions, etc., without the need for my prior approval, and to distribute, play, show these materials where my photographs are used in public places without restriction of place, number and duration.
I authorize Modelport to edit, modify, copy or distribute the photographs for the specified areas of use.
I understand and agree that I will not receive any financial compensation.
